Pamela Bautista is the founder of Empowering Well Consulting and a trusted guide to leaders navigating growth, responsibility, and transition.
With over sixteen years of experience across healthcare, leadership, operations, and organizational strategy, Pam has served leaders in both private and public sectors, helping them strengthen foundations, navigate complexity, and lead with confidence and integrity.
Pam’s work is deeply heart centered and faith rooted. She believes leadership is not just about execution. It is about identity, discernment, emotional intelligence, and stewardship. Her approach creates space for leaders to slow down, gain clarity, and move forward in alignment with who they are and what they are called to build.
